50 states. Today Fireman's Fund works to provide business and personal insurance and to bring
customers the highest caliber of claims service.
Fireman’s Fund insurance policies are sold to businesses and individuals by insurance agents, or
producers. These agents are not employees of Fireman’s Fund. They sell policies for several insurance
companies and pick the best company for the policy that the business or individual needs. These agents
may work with several different Firemen’s Fund offices.
Detailed description about the Projects:
Salesforce.com Phase2 – (Mar 2013 to June 2014):
The SFDC (Sale force) application will be enhanced in order to assume the administrative and
reporting functions of both Agency Hub and PRIDE/PIF (Are existing agency management systems),
thereby enabling the retirement of these legacy applications. A new application internal application will
provide viewing access of the Agency Administration data for the enterprise. Furthermore, SFDC will be
enhanced to accept outside data sources where necessary in order to maintain the currency and
integrity of the Agency Administration data.
Roles:
IT Specialist – Technical ETL Architect, Designer and Development Lead.
Responsibilities:
o Requirement Analysis.
o Worked with FFIC Business and Enterprise architect team to understand the existing
agency management systems.
o Had a challenging task of not to create change/impact to existing agency data
consumers applications.
o Worked with Enterprise architect and Client side SME to define the integration layer and
Agency Data model.

Enterprise Operational Data Store (EODS) is a foundational project within the Data Strategy
program. The primary objective of Release 1A of EODS is to provide the data needed by the Strategic
Billing project, FS-CD, in its first phase of billing Personal Insurance Direct Bill business. Billing Account
Setup Solution (BASS) is a real-time mechanism for creating and managing Billing Accounts for SAP
Billing. BASS will integrate with EPAS and Web Solutions as part of policy issuance process, interfacing
with agents and internal AZFF staff. It will use a composite service layer for access of EODS, ECM
/MDM, PI Client, FS-CD and LBC services.

o Work with FFIC Business and Enterprise architect team to understand the requirements

day. And was appreciated by the customer for the same.
o Business was looking for information about the polices, for which the invoices are
generated late. I had helped out FFIC BA to get the reports very quickly to support their
analysis. And I was appreciated by the customer for the same.
April 2012 – June 2012 date Application Rationalization:
Client: Fireman’s fund insurance company.
Fireman's Fund Insurance Company Application Rationalization initiative to move the existing
reporting application to BI Hub Cognos technology with enhancements is part of the platform
consolidation and application portfolio complexity reduction program of Allianz. The main objective is to
reduce the run rate and the cost of adding new technology to the existing environment.
Reinsurance FSM Reporting
Reinsurance FSM reporting work stream is to migrate the reporting functionality from MI App
Shell to the Cognos reporting layer. The reports generated from Cognos reporting layer will mimic the
reports that are generated from MI App Shell as today, and will have to generate new reports.
PDA (Premium Dispersion Activity):
Premium Dispersion Activity (PDA) is a MI reporting application that helps AZFF in measuring
premium booked through PVR at transaction level on a weekly basis. This information is summarized at
region and business segment level. The primary purpose of PDA reporting allows the business to look
at their premiums by week before archive data becomes available at month end. PDA (Premium
Dispersion Activity) Weekly work stream is to migrate the reporting functionality from MI App Shell to the
Cognos reporting layer. The reports generated from Cognos reporting layer will mimic the reports that
are generated from MI App Shell as today, and will have to generate new reports.
Role: ETL Integration Designer and Developer with following responsibilities
o Designing the workflow along the Business and Enterprise architect team according to
the functional requirements
o Build the logical data model from FFIC CDM (Corporate data model ) and get the same
reviewed and approved from FFIC Enterprise tower lead team.

December 2006. The objective of the Act is to fulfill Australia’s International obligation to combat money
laundering and financing
The AML Data sourcing project is a development project in which the objective is to design and develop
an ETL application that will source customer details, account and transaction data from ANZ bank’s
multiple systems and store in a staging environment before being pushed into the Norkom system.
Norkom application software is third party software bought by the bank for detecting, reporting Money
Laundering and Terrorist Financing type of activities.
